The licensed kitchen at Magnolia House is multi purpose. Its heaviest workload is the catering. However it is also a "working kitchen" for culinary adventures.

Your instructor Cedar Corban provides:

Hands on cooking workshops for children and adults
Birthday party cooking classes for children; very fun and popular. Hands on cooking for the birthday meal, then time on the balcony or in the gardens for games and fun
Gourmet food and wine tours
Cedar will guide you on a day or weekend tour visiting local farms, wineries, producers, gathering fresh goodies and returning to the kitchen for a workshop to prepare a shared meal

Cedar comes from four generations of winemakers and three generations of caterers and restauranteurs and is very happy to share the traditions and recipes gathered from many years of experience.
